Qaseeda E Gousia:

Origin: The Qaseeda E Gousia holds a special place in Islamic tradition. It is attributed to Hazrat Pir Syed Tahir Alauddin al-Jilani Alayhi Rahma, a direct descendant of Ghaus E Azam Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani Alayhi Rahma.

Avoid consuming Jalaali and Jamaali (meat, chicken, eggs, etc.).

Tasawwur-e-Shaykh: While reciting, visualize or picture your Shaykh.

Ijazah (Permission): If you have your Shaykh’s permission, it’s even better.
